About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Product Manager to work for our client within the Retail Financial Services sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role, based in London.

Our client operates a white-label proposition and is looking for a Product Manager to lead digital acquisition and conversion across its digital journeys, supporting ambitious growth targets over the next three years. This is a hands-on role blending product envisioning, discovery and day-to-day product management, working closely with partners and leadership to shape the roadmap ahead.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for digital acquisition and conversion journeys across the financial services proposition
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and partner leadership to define product priorities for the year ahead
  • Lead product discovery and envisioning to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and take-up
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritising enhancements based on business impact, commercial value and user needs
  • Work with partners from a financial and commercial perspective to align priorities with delivery plans
  • Collaborate with a distributed engineering and delivery team to translate roadmap priorities into deliverable work
  • Track product and acquisition performance, using data to inform prioritisation and roadmap decisions

About You

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with exposure to digital acquisition, conversion or growth-focused products
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership across a large, complex organisation
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs and prioritisation frameworks (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, able to connect product decisions to revenue outcomes
  • Data-driven approach, comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI) to identify opportunities
  • Experience working with distributed/remote teams across multiple locations
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, ideally within retail, financial services or consumer digital environments
